Fridays, 11:45 AM to 12:30  PM--The Practice of Qigong: for those who have expereiced the Intro Class for six sessions.

Led by certified Qigong instructors.  Through slow gentle movements like those in T'ai Chi (but utilizing only healing, peaceful moves) in concert with breathing, learn to reduce stress, increase vitality and develop a sense of well-being.  Complement your health inside and out!  For cancer patients, survivors and caregivers at any level of performance and physical condition.
