Wellness Community Board Member Cheryl Reid and her husband Lee Reid on Trekking for Hope, a 4-day adventure, October 14-17, 2009, to the Grand Canyon for a same-day rim to rim hike (25 miles). Funds raised by Trekking for Hope will specifically support the vast array of programs that are offered completely free of charge by The Wellness Community to cancer patients, their loved ones, and caregivers.

Charli Prather, MSW, LCSW, Program Director of The Wellness Community of Greater St. Louis, shows us how to cook healthy and yummy vegan banana-oat pancakes in the new demonstration kitchen at The Wellness Community of Greater St. Louis, where all services, programs, and classes are free to those affected by cancer.
