Leonard Komen has served on The Wellness Community's Board of Directors since 2006, and served as Treasurer from 2007-2008.  Mr. Komen has a 38-year practice in business and commercial law, commercial litigation, real estate transactions, like-kind exchanges, real estate litigation, mechanics liens, banking law, general business representation, business organizations, personal representation, estate planning, and probate and bankruptcy asset administration.  He has also served on the Corporate Governance Committee for Zeta Beta Tau Foundation, as National President and Director of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, Inc., as an Alumni Advisor for the Washington University Z.B.T. Chapter, and as the current Director and President of the Messing Educational Foundation.
