There are three easy ways to RSVP for our programs:

1) Register online here for an Upcoming Program.

2) Call us at 314-238-2000 to RSVP.

3) Stop in to our facility in Des Peres Square at 1058 Old Des Peres Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 and register in our RSVP book at our front desk.

All members are asked to complete a First Time Visit Sheet annually. This sheet can be picked up and completed during your visit to CSC or, if you prefer, you can print out the First Time Visit Sheet and complete it at home to bring with you to CSC. Please do not email or fax this form.
